Law firm Hoyng Monegier has promoted two lawyers to partner.
Geert Theuws (pictured below) and Theo Blomme (pictured below), who are based at the firm’s Amsterdam office, will take up their new role in January.
Theuws practices in all areas of IP, with a particular emphasis on patent law. He has experience in the areas of electronics, pharmaceuticals and mechanics.
Blomme is a patent litigator who focuses on telecommunications and computer related technology, as well as pharmaceuticals, electronics and mechanical engineering.

The appointments bring the number of partner’s at the firm to 26 since its launch in January 2011.
