Greenberg Traurig attracts patent litigators

Vernon Winters and Nicholas Brown have joined the San Francisco office of Greenberg Traurig LLP.

Winters and Brown, who are both joining the firm as shareholders, will be a part of the international patent practice, which Winters will lead.

Both were previously at Weil, Gotshal & Manges, LLP.

Winters has a national practice focusing on patent litigation and patent licence litigation, in areas ranging from biopharma to computers and networks. Brown has patent litigation experience for a wide range of technology companies, as well as experience in general IP litigation and strategy.
