Gowling WLG officially launches

Law firm Gowling WLG, a merger between Wragge Lawrence Graham & Co and Gowlings, has officially launched today.

The new firm has 1,400 professionals across 18 cities in Asia, the Middle East, Canada, Europe, and the UK.

Gowling WLG’s practice focuses on areas such as cross-border transactions, intellectual property, and litigation matters.

The clientele include energy, technology, and infrastructure companies.

Peter Lukasiewicz, chief executive of Gowling WLG (Canada), said: “It’s an exciting time for us at Gowling WLG, and this is only just the beginning. Our vision is for Gowling WLG to be one of the top sector-focused law firms in the world.”
