Goulston hires four IP lawyers
Four IP lawyers have joined the ranks at Goulston & Storrs PC after leaving Cooley Manion Jones LLP in Boston, US.
The team of litigators joined this month, the same day that their previous firm announced it would be splitting into two separate firms.
Joining is Jennifer Furey (below left), a trial lawyer who focuses her practice on IP and commercial litigation and Barbara Moore (below centre), a fellow in the American College of Trial Lawyers and IP litigator who has trial experience in real estate and securities.
Paul Beckwith (below right) is a trial lawyer who specialises in IP and commercial litigation and Matthew Horvitz, who joins as an associate, has a real estate background that also supports IP clients
“We look forward to bringing our expertise in IP and commercial litigation to Goulston & Storrs’ clients, which is a service those clients have told us is in growing demand,” said Marty Fantozzi, co-managing director at Goulston & Storrs.
“Clients across a broad range of industries who work with us for real estate, corporate and other services have expressed a growing need for IP litigation services, and the addition of these four excellent trial lawyers adds tremendous bench strength to our existing litigation and IP groups.”
All four took up their new positions last week .
