Gordon Rees appoints two to its San Francisco office
US-based Gordon Rees Scully Mansukhani LLP has announced the appointment of both Robert Andris and Michael Kanach to its IP team.
They will be based in its San Francisco office.
Andris joins as partner. A registered patent attorney, he has acted as counsel in more than 70 state and federal appeals. His focus is on IP litigation, and he has experience in patent, trademark and copyright disputes
Kanach also has experience litigating in patent, trademark and copyright disputes and counsels clients on procurement and enforcement of IP rights. He joins the firm as senior counsel.
Both have joined from law firm Ropers Majeski Kohn Bentley.
