Goldberg Segalla adds new partner to IP practice
Goldberg Segalla has added Michael Siem as a partner in its IP practice group in New York City.
Siem focuses his practice on complex and high-value patent litigation. He has represented both patentees and alleged infringers in cases surrounding emerging technology, including pharmaceuticals, consumer electronics, and computer networks.
His experience also extends to trademark litigation under the Anticybersquatting Consumer Protection Act, and he has drafted and filed patent and trademark applications across a wide variety of industries.
Siem advises and represents clients in the pharmaceutical industry in litigation, within the framework of the Drug Price Competition and Patent Term Restoration Act.
