Frankfurt Kurnit hires partner in New York

US law firm Frankfurt Kurnit Klein + Selz has hired Donna Tobin as partner and co-chair of the firm’s trademark and brand management group in New York.

Tobin joins from law firm BakerHostetler and has experience in trademark, copyright, trade secret and patent law.

She has represented clients in the speciality foods, beverages and fashion industry.
