Fish & Richardson adds former Uber counsel
US law firm Fish & Richardson has hired Eric Schulman as a principal in its patent practice group in the firm’s Silicon Valley office.
Before joining the firm, he worked as head of intellectual property at Uber.
He has experience in patent and trademark portfolio development, licensing, post-grant patent proceedings, litigation and commercial transactions.
Schulman’s clients include companies in the software industry.
