Finberg arrives at Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal

Dana Finberg has joined Sonnenschein Nath & Rosenthal LLP as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property and technology practice, the firm announced in July.

Finberg will work in the firm’s Silicon Valley office. He previously led the IP litigation practice at LeClairRyan in San Francisco.

Finberg serves as counsel in patent, trademark, trade dress and copyright litigation.

“He has built a significant body of trial work in federal courts throughout the country,” said James Klenk, chair of Sonnenschein’s IP and technology group. “The breadth of experience he brings to litigation, especially in the pharmaceutical arena, will be a great asset for our clients.”
