Duane Morris promotes four in IP

Law firm Duane Morris has promoted David Dotson, Jarrad Gunther, David Xue and Corey Weideman to partner in the firm’s intellectual property and trial practice groups.

The lawyers are based in Atlanta, Philadelphia, Silicon Valley and Houston.

Dotson’s experience includes patent litigation, licensing, infringement in the mobile devices and mobile internet technology industries.

Gunther focuses his practice on patent litigation proceedings before the Patent Trial and Appeal Board.

Xue has experience in patent portfolio management and prosecution.

Weideman has represented a number of Fortune 500 companies in state and federal courts in all forms of alternative dispute resolution.
