Duane Morris LLP has appointed Steven Cowley to the trial practice group at the firm's Boston office.
Cowley (pictured left), who has experience in IP litigation including trademark, copyright, patent and trade secret litigation, has handled arbitration proceedings in state and federal courts and before arbitration panels throughout the US.
His clients include technology, manufacturing and financial services companies and private equity and venture capital firms.
Cowley, who will join the firm as a partner, earned his JD in 1989 from Harvard Law School.
He is the fourth lawyer to join the firm in two months and previously worked for Edwards Wildman Palmer LLP.
Duane Morris LLP, which has its headquarters in Philadelphia, has offices across the US and internationally.
