DLA Piper promotes four to partner

Law firm DLA Piper has promoted Todd Patterson, Richard Flaggert, John Cloke and Jennifer Kashatus to partner in the firm’s intellectual property and technology practice.

Patterson is based in the firm’s Austin office, Flaggert in Boston, Cloke works in London and Kashatus is in the Washington, DC office.

The lawyers have experience in data protection, copyright, licensing and trademarks.

Their clients include companies in the telecommunications, wireless carriers, media and music industries.

The promotions are among a total of 48 across the firm.

Simon Levine, global co-chief executive of the firm, said: “I would like to congratulate all of our lawyers promoted to the partnership globally this year.”
