Dentons adds three partners and 11 associates from MoFo

Dentons has added three partners and 11 associates from Morrison & Foerster (MoFo) to its IP and technology practice.

Peter Yim and Brian Ho have both been appointed partners in the firm’s San Francisco office, while Christopher Eide joins in Silicon Valley.

Yim focuses his practice on domestic and international patent prosecution, IP strategic planning, and technology litigation support. He has represented large and small technology companies at the Patent Trial and Appeal Board (PTAB).

Ho focuses his practice on technology patent litigation, and his prosecution experience includes multiple arguments before the PTAB and several briefs in appeals from ex parte examination and reexamination before the US Court of Appeals for the Federal Circuit.

Eide, who was at MoFo for over 15 years, focuses on domestic and international patent prosecution, IP strategic planning, IP due diligence and technology licensing.

The 11 associates will join offices across the US.

“Peter, Brian and Chris are dynamic patent prosecution lawyers and an excellent addition to our IP practice,” said Mike McNamara, US CEO of Dentons.
