Cooley adds former Miniclip director

Law firm Cooley has hired Brian Chadwick as a special counsel to lead the firm’s European digital media, entertainment and games practice.

Chadwick joins from digital games company Miniclip, where he worked as director and general counsel.

He has also worked as a non-executive director at fashion company Isabella Oliver.

His experience includes trademarks, licensing, and the protection of IP in the digital media space.
