Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney promotes three to counsel

US law firm Buchanan Ingersoll & Rooney has promoted Travis Bliss, Peter deVore and David Kemeny to counsel in the firm’s intellectual property practice.

Kemeny and deVore work in the firm’s Alexandria, Virginia office and Bliss is based in Wilmington, Delaware.

Bliss focuses his practice on trade secret, trademark and licensing disputes.

DeVore has experience in patent procurement and infringement, and Kemeny has prosecuted patent applications before the US Patent and Trademark Office.

The promotions are among a total of 27 at the firm.
