Barclay Damon boosts IP expertise with Boston partner addition

US law firm Barclay Damon has hired Marc Henschke as a partner in the firm’s intellectual property litigation practice area in Boston.

Henschke joins from law firm Foley & Lardner.

He focuses his practice on patent infringement cases for clients in the computer hardware and software, medical devices and technology industries.

Henschke’s clients include network connectivity company Belden, consumer product business Honeywell, and medical technology company Medtronic.

John Langan, the firm’s managing partner, said: “Marc brings an impressive background and skill set to add to our exceptional and nationally recognised patent litigation team.”
