Banner & Witcoff promotes eight to shareholder

Law firm Banner & Witcoff has promoted eight lawyers to shareholder in the firm’s intellectual property practice.

Katie Becker, Louis DiSanto, Timothy Rechtien, Bradley Van Pelt, Eric Hamp, Anna King, and Victoria McDonald Webb all work in the firm’s Chicago office while Scott Kelly is based in the Washington, DC office.

Becker has experience in trademark and trade dress matters and Hamp specialises in patent and trademark cases.

DiSanto, Rechtien, Kelly, King and Van Pelt all focus on patents while McDonald Webb has experience in trademark law.
