Baker McKenzie strengthens IP practice in Dallas
Law firm Baker McKenzie has appointed Dyan House as counsel in the firm’s North America IP practice in Dallas, Texas.
House joins from Carter Scholer, where she led the trademark, copyright and franchise practice.
She focuses her practice on trademarks, copyright and franchise matters, representing clients before the US Patent and Trademark Office and the Trademark Trial and Appeal Board.
House also advises on brand protection across a range of industries, including restaurants, retail, financial services, energy, technology and consumer products.
