Intellectual property consultancy firm Awapatent Group has opened new offices in Beijing and Hong Kong.
The offices will be known as AWA Asia and will be managed by Ai-Leen Lim, a former partner at law firm Bird & Bird.
Awapatent now has 16 offices in Sweden, Denmark, Germany and China.
Magnus Hallin, chief executive of Awapatent, said: “The vision for AWA Asia is to be the Asian arm of Awapatent, a leading pan European-Asian IP firm.”
