UK-based law firm Ashfords has hired Kaya Elkiner as head of patents in the firm’s intellectual property practice.
Elkiner joins from UK law firm Keltie, and has experience in patent portfolio due diligence, freedom to operate and patentability assessments.
He has represented clients ranging from large corporations to small and medium-sized enterprises.
