Anand & Anand announces promotions
India-based intellectual property law firm Anand & Anand has promoted Nupur Maithani and Manish Biala to partner, and Gitanjali Bhatnagar and Abhishek Magotra to director.
Maithani has experience in patent drafting and prosecution for clients in the biotechnology and pharmaceutical industries.
Biala is responsible for the firm’s customs practice and works with the firm’s enforcement team to protect the interests of brands.
Bhatnagar works in the firm’s telecommunication, software and information technology patent practice and has managed intellectual property portfolios, while Magotra specialises his practice in mechanical patents and also has experience in prosecution.
