Akin Gump hires Reed Smith IP partner
Law firm Akin Gump Strauss Hauer & Feld has hired Reed Smith partner Kevin Cadwell into its IP practice in Houston, Texas.
Cadwell has experience in complex commercial litigation matters with a focus on IP litigation, and focuses on patents, trademarks, copyright, trade secrets and trade dress litigation.
He represents clients in a wide range of industries, including energy, technology, pharmaceutical, biotech and medical devices, and has advised clients in trials, arbitrations and mediations throughout the US.
