Alfredo Valencia, electrical engineer, General Manager of Valencia Law Office, specialized in Intellectual Property, mainly Industrial Property, has been in charge of Valencia Law Office since 1976. His practice encompasses all aspects of Intellectual Property protection and enforcement in Peru and the other Andean Community (Decision 486) countries Bolivia, Colombia and Ecuador. Alfredo Valencia has a wide experience in Patent and Trademark Law and Licensing having achieved a well-known reputation in IP problem solving. He has presided APPI (Peruvian Industrial Property Association) from 1993 to 1995 and is its actual Vice- President. He has contributed in important IP Policy making before the INDECOPI (Peruvian Patent and Trademark Office) and is recognized by his colleagues and clients for his accurate good judgement in IP matters. Member of APPI,ASIPI, INTA, AIPPI,FICPI, CIPA and LES.

Juber Valencia, attorney at Law with a long standing experience in all aspects of Intellectual Property protection for over 40 years in Valencia Law Office, whose practice includes Commercial Law has specialized in Patent and Trademark Law, Unfair Competition, Intellectual Property Law, Licensing and Litigation. Juber has been a member of APPI’s Board of Directors (2007- 2009) and elected as a member of its Ethics Board. He has participated in ASIPI and AIPPI congresses and workshops since 1992.

Her professional practice started in the civil Law field at the Judiciary of Callao, Peru, continuing at the Criminal Court of Lima in 1994 and at the Ministry of Justice of Lima in 2001. Since 1999 she has been part of Valencia Law Office Intellectual Property team, specializing in Industrial Property: Trademarks, Copyright, Patent, Utility Models, Industrial Designs, Plant Variety Rights and Domain Names and in charge of handling trilateral cancellation issues, nullities and infringements of trademark rights. She also handles voluntary registrations of Industrial Property title owners at Customs. Teresa belongs to the Lima Bar Association and as an active member of APPI and ASIPI she has participated in several congresses, workshops and seminaries.

Gino joined Valencia Law Office in September 2012. He is a member of The Lima Bar Association, APPI, ASIPI and INTA and has attended AIPPI, APPI, ASIPI and INTA organized congresses and workshops, as well as seminars organized by INDECOPI (the Peruvian Intellectual Property Office) and WIPO.
