FOGA DALEY is the first boutique Intellectual Property and Communications law firm in the English-speaking Caribbean. The founding partners Nicole Foga and Dianne Daley have advanced law degrees covering the fields of IP and international transactions and have a number of publications in their areas of expertise, including the book Cyber Law in Jamaica, Kluwer Law (2013) authored by Nicole; a monograph on Intellectual Property - Jamaica, International Encyclopaedia of Laws, Kluwer Law International (2008) and the Jamaica Chapter on Copyright in Copyright throughout the World, (West 2009) authored by Dianne. Their experience in the public and private sectors and knowledge of the policy and legislative processes relating to their practice areas, have equipped them to bring a unique perspective in advising clients.
